These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and OlxSlot ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at https://olxslot.lat and all associated services, products, games, and features made available thereon.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on OlxSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or as an agent.

OlxSlot reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to satisfy these requirements, or to provide satisfactory verification when requested, may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the OlxSlot platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be closed immediately, and any associated balances or bonus funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of the provided details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. OlxSlot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

OlxSlot implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities in accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies. Players may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals above applicable thresholds are processed. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The OlxSlot platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may use the platform to access Games, place bets, manage your Account, and interact with promotional features in accordance with these Terms. 5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any such discovered vulnerability must be reported to us immediately rather than exploited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through use of the platform.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate Transactions made through the platform.
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that results in Games displaying incorrect results, incorrect payouts, or any outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, OlxSlot reserves the right to void the affected Games and refund the corresponding wagers. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

OlxSlot accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT, and ETH. 6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX: 3–15 minutes under normal conditions
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Up to 1 business day
• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 15–60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT/ETH): 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on network congestion

Withdrawal processing timelines may be extended where KYC verification is incomplete, where a withdrawal triggers anti-fraud review, or where a bank holiday or technical issue affects payment processing partners.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same Account holder. OlxSlot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of any outstanding Account review.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. OlxSlot is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") made available on the OlxSlot platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the following general wagering terms apply:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer tables may contribute at a reduced rate). Contribution rates are stated in each offer's specific terms.

Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Claiming a bonus using multiple Accounts, multiple payment methods, or through fraudulent means constitutes a breach of these Terms. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. Bets placed on events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other covered markets are subject to standard sportsbook rules regarding void markets, abandoned events, rule changes mid-event, and live betting integrity.

OlxSlot reserves the right to void, limit, or restrict any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider information, or abuse of pricing errors. Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player, as displayed in the betting interface.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino and live dealer games are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. 8.3 Bet Acceptance

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OlxSlot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by OlxSlot

OlxSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

12.2 Fund Handling upon Closure

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, OlxSlot reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the player's own request without any outstanding breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OlxSlot holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms
